In the Fall & Winter inspections should begin by 5 pm due to daylight. Spring/Summer inspections should be scheduled no later than 6:00 pm. If times listed do not work for you, please contact us and we can arrange something to fit your schedule.

At your request, the agreement can be completed by Preferred and emailed to you to sign (electronic signature option also for some windows) and emailed back to us at preferredinspector@gmail.com. The agreement can also be signed at the location by your or a representative.
You enter the agreement when you hire Preferred as your inspector.
At Preferred we want to make things as easy as possible for our customers. Prices can be checked, quotes given, fees paid, and agreements can be completed right here online. We accept credit cards in person, by invoice, or credit card by phone. We also offer payment by Venmo.
Payment is due at the time of the inspection. Professional reports are usually ready within 72 business hours. Reports will be sent when checks/cards are cleared and paid in full. (Please note that credit cards take longer to process and will be charged an additional $15)
